I am trying to loose about 20 lbs and I want to do it in this summer. I am not on a diet because my professor told me when you do diet it’s easier to gain the weight back and gain more than you originally were. I do try to eat right but I don’t all the time. I mean here and there I do get a little ice cream or fries here n there. For the past 2 weeks I been going to jogging twice a week is that good enough? Please advice me.
